Exams are over. Dorm is emptied. Keys surrendered. And I've officially finished first year of university. Now fingers crossed that I've passed everything..
Today I've finally explored my uni town. Surprising cluster of highrises (I always thought it was more of a small town, i was wrong); aged shopping neighbours (unfortunately nothing of interest); perfectly manicured railway station dedicated to war veterans (stopped by to take pictures) and a windy harbour (where a little duckling followed passerbys as if it was its mother). Then headed back to the campus with plans to visit again to find antiques and one of the town's 23 waterfalls.
So today's inspiration stems from that fact that with $100 left on my meal plan to share between boyfriend and I, came up $10 short because we couldn't eat anymore food and we ran out of baggage to carry food home. Unfortunately the list compiles of 5 doritos sweet chili heat, 7 mr. big's, 2 aero bars, 2 packages of beef jerky, 1 package of munchies, 2 packages of sunflower seeds, 40 timbits, 1 meal of perogies, 10 muffins, 2 tins of decaf coffee, 3 barq's root bear, 2 lipton's mushroom wild rice, 2 lemonades, 2 powerades, 7 apple juices.
And after a good portion of the food is gone since its such a shame if it went to waste,
